What is Pinsqr?
Pinsqr is a platform for restaurant and café guest experiences. It brings together feedback and reviews, games and rewards, and QR digital menus with table ordering.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code and open the experience in their phone browser.
How many QR codes does a restaurant receive?
Feedback and games have two dedicated QR codes. When digital ordering is enabled, each table has a menu QR connected to its table number. We will help you plan their placement during setup.
Does AI publish reviews automatically?
No. AI assists with a draft based on the guest’s selections. The guest can edit it and submits any public review on Google themselves.
Can guests with a low rating leave a Google review?
Yes. All ratings have the same opportunity to continue to the Google review page.
Do customers earn rewards for reviews?
No. Rewards are part of the games experience and are separate from feedback and Google reviews.
When can guests redeem rewards?
Rewards are intended for a future visit. The guest should check the expiry and redemption conditions shown with the reward.
Can we choose our prizes?
Yes. You can choose rewards and define the prize odds, expiry and redemption conditions for your restaurant.
Can we update our menu and prices?
Yes. Menu changes can be managed in one place, including marking items as unavailable.
Does Pinsqr work with our billing system?
Orders reach the counter with their table number. Compatibility with your particular billing or POS system needs to be confirmed during the demo.
